获取单个退款

https://api.cobre.co/v1/refunds/{id}

按 ID 检索单个退款尝试以获取其状态。

返回的对象是退款尝试本身（refund_entry，rfe_ 前缀）——与创建退款返回的形态相同。它不是退款汇总聚合：若原始 payin 有多次退款尝试，请按各自的 rfe_ ID 分别检索。

退款功能仍在积极开发中——本指南中描述的部分功能可能尚未对您的账户开放。请联系您的 KAM（关键客户经理）了解当前上线状态。
