Create a Cobre Balance with

What to expect after using this API
Deposit is detected and screened
Cobre detects the on-chain deposit and screens the sending wallet before crediting any funds.
Balance is credited
On approval, a
global_credit transaction is generated on the destination balance, and funds are swept to Cobre's treasury.Wallet may be blocked on a failed screening
If screening blocks the wallet, no further deposits to it will be credited. A new wallet must be created to keep receiving payins.
