Bulk Money Movements Approval

The Bulk Money Movements Decision endpoint allows the platform to make a decision on a previously created bulk money movement where the checker_approval flag within the header has been set to true.

Note: If the bulk you are trying to approve does not have the checker_approval flag set to true, you will not be able to approve in bulk.

The approval status of the bulk money movement is determined by three key fields:

Decision: Specifies the outcome of the bulk money movement.

Description: Provides details associated with the decision.

Approvers: Lists one or more approvers involved in the decision process.

Sometimes, when the file is too large, creating all the money movements within the bulk can take some time. Ensure that the money movements are successfully created with a pending_approval status before sending them for approval.

What to expect after a decision

Depending on the decision made, you can expect the following:

If approved:

The bulk money movement object will be set to processing.

All the will be set to approved, along with the approval decision.

All the money movement approval objects within the file will continue their lifecycle and will be sent to be sent to be processed.

If denied:

The bulk money movement object will be set to a "canceled" status.

All the money movement approval objects will be set to denied, along with the approval decision.

All the bulk money movement object within the file will be set to canceled.
